Privacy policy
Priah GTM Messages, including its Instagram connection named Priah GTM Messages-IG, is a personal software prototype operated by Erik Taylor. It connects the operator's Instagram account to a locally operated Conversation studio to test receiving messages, generating AI replies, and sending those replies through Instagram. Testing is restricted to explicitly approved accounts. It is not currently offered as a public or customer service.
Information processed
The prototype reads the connected Instagram account's username, account type and account identifiers. Message delivery can provide participant identifiers, message identifiers, timestamps, message text and event metadata. The local database stores supported text from approved test participants, generated replies, delivery records, processing status and technical diagnostics. Messages that fail the normal processing rules can leave metadata records without message text. Attachments are not used to generate replies.
For troubleshooting, the operator can explicitly enable a temporary capture of one signed webhook payload. That private capture may include the full delivered message and metadata, including content excluded from normal processing.
Purpose and service providers
Information is used to run and evaluate the message/reply experiment, maintain limited conversation context, prevent duplicate replies and investigate failures. When AI generation is enabled, the current eligible message and limited prior conversation text are sent to Meta's Model API to generate a reply. When sending is enabled, reply text and the destination identifier are sent to Instagram. The operator can inspect local messages and drafts while testing and debugging.
Meta provides Instagram and the Model API. Cloudflare hosts this
public notice and carries incoming webhook traffic through a temporary
HTTPS tunnel to the operator's computer. Hosting and network
services may process request metadata such as IP addresses for
delivery and security. This notice uses no analytics scripts or
tracking cookies. These providers process information under their
applicable terms and privacy notices. The prototype requests
store: false from the Model API; this setting is not a
guarantee that providers retain no data for any purpose.
The prototype does not sell message data, use it for advertising, or send it to a CRM. Its message database is separate from the public Priah GTM website and lead service.
Storage and retention
Prototype records and any diagnostic captures are stored on the operator's computer with restricted file permissions. Credentials are stored separately in macOS Keychain. Local conversation files contain readable message text; Keychain storage does not encrypt those files.
There is currently no automatic retention deadline or automatic deletion job. Records remain until the operator deliberately removes them. Resetting the AI's conversation history only changes future prompts and does not erase stored records. Information held independently by Instagram, Meta or Cloudflare remains subject to those providers' policies.
Data deletion instructions
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of data held by this prototype, email erik@priahgtm.com with the subject Priah GTM Messages data request. Identify the Instagram username involved and describe the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or app secrets. The operator may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns your account.
Deletion is handled manually. For a verified deletion request, the operator will remove the applicable prototype message text, generated replies, associated records and diagnostic copies under the operator's control. Processing for the affected conversation will be stopped while that deletion is completed. The prototype currently has no automated deletion callback or self-service deletion screen.
The connected account owner can also remove the app's authorization through Instagram's Apps and websites settings to withdraw its access. Revoking access does not automatically delete existing local records; contact the operator for that deletion. Deletion from the prototype does not itself delete messages or other information held independently by Instagram or other providers.
Terms of use
This experimental prototype is available only to the operator and explicitly invited test accounts for evaluating Instagram messaging and AI responses. Do not use it to submit someone else's private information without permission.
AI replies may be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed. The service can be changed, paused or discontinued during development. It is not intended for emergencies or decisions requiring professional advice. Instagram use remains subject to Meta's applicable terms.
